To use the system, you need to create your own account or use the demo account provided below. When you log in, you will be asked to enter your user ID and password.

Upload Slide

To upload WSI (Whole Slide Images), make sure they are in TIFF format and that the magnification level is at least 20x for the best prediction results.

Models

Select the one of the following models that you want to use for the prediction.

Submission

Drag and drop single or multiple TIF images to the upload area. You can also add a comment (optional). After submitting the images, click the "Submit" button. The page will automatically redirect to the list page after completion.

Prediction

The prediction process takes a few minutes if there is no queue for prediction.

Processing Status

• PENDING The image is in the queue waiting to be processed.
• PROGRESS The image is being processed.
• SUCCESS The image was processed successfully, and the prediction result is available.
• FAILURE The image processing failed.

Review

There are two ways to review the prediction result:

• Review slide by request (collection of slides)
• Review slide by slide

Results

The prediction result is generated by predicting each slide using the selected models. 512x512 tiles are generated from the WSI, and each tile is color-coded according to the probability of the predicted class (astro, gbm...). You can check the prediction result of each class by clicking the button below.

You can delete submitted slides and results at any time on the result page. .

Currently, there are no restrictions on the number of slides that can be submitted or the duration for which they can be stored. However, this policy is subject to change in the future.
